Yes, I agree with you that it is a little obvious, even trite and almost all professionals in this sphere advise to follow these three tips, but some people just ignore this “gold” rule, which creates a basis for productive life. In such way, they lose their chances to change a life. That is why you should always organize your daily regime in a way which maintains healthy sleep, proper nutrition and regular physical training. These three elements are able to normalize your life, increase productivity, improve memory and, of course, maintain good health.
There are also three categories in our life that are really important. First, how to manage time? Second, how to manage energy? Third, how to manage attentiveness? All three ingredients are essential if you want to be productive all the time. Some people have a huge amount of energy, they are concentrated, but do not know how to manage their time. That is why they do useless things and spend a lot of time on them. Some people excellently organize their time, they have plenty of energy, but they are constantly distracted and again do not carry out too much. Some are able to concentrate and ultimately manage time, but do not control using of energy. Productive people always try to manage all three elements.

Most people work more productive, when they try to restrict distractions as much as possible. Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, surfing the Internet, chatting with your friends decreases your productivity. Do not think that you have to abandon from all these benefits of civilization forever. You can use them without any problems in your spare time, but avoid these services during your work. There are also many resources, which help to block such sites for a period of working.
Therefore, well productivity is not an easy task and you should work hard to gain success. However, using our tips you will increase your chances to do it quicker. You are not obliged to use only one of these pieces of advice. Try to use all of them and your life will be simplified significantly.
